The Jayne Cairns Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with every JCD purchase. If your jewelry order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for exchange, refund, or credit (excluding delivery and handling charges). After 30 days, no returns will be accepted.
Returns
Please ship your return merchandise, with the information requested on the back of your packing slip, to the address shown on your packing slip. We recommend insuring your return shipment since we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive at our office. If you cannot find the packing slip, please send your return packages via USPS to:

Exchanges
Fill out the exchange portion of the form on the back of the packing slip with the item you would like to order and include it with your return. If the merchandise price for the replacement item exceeds the amount to be refunded (please note that delivery and handling charges are not refunded when you return an item unless we are at fault) please include payment for the additional amount. There are no additional charges for delivery and handling when exchanging an item. If you have questions, please call us at 1-877-JCD PEARLS.
Returns and Exchanges of Gifts
Fill out the form on the back of your packing slip, as you would for a regular return or exchange (see above). If you are returning the item, we will send you a gift certificate for the dollar amount of the item. If you are exchanging the item and the amount for the replacement item exceeds the cost for the return item, please include payment for the additional amount.
Shipping Errors and Damages
Please call us right away at 1-877 JCD PEARLS or email us at customerservice@jcdjewelry.com, if your order arrived damaged or a packing error occurred. Please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the original item including delivery and handling once the return has been processed.
Refunds
Depending on the method you use to return the item to us, it can take up to 7-14 days for us to receive your return. The credit will be applied to your account and usually appears on your statement within one billing cycle from the time we process your return.
Colors
In our website pictures, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. The actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be exact.
Standard Delivery
All items ship will be shipped via FEDEX or USPS within 3 business days, if in stock. For out of stock items, you will be contacted with a delivery due date. FEDEX requires a street address for delivery. FEDEX ground shipments do not require a signature.
Delivery and Handling Charges
For a limited time Jayne Cairns Designs will pay all shipping/handling charges on orders to their original destination.
Gift Boxes
Each Jayne Cairns Design comes packaged in a lovely silk pouch and is shipped in a bubble wrapped padded envelope. Items may be gift wrapped for an additional charge of $9.50.
Sales Tax
California residents are charged 7.25% sales tax.
